Credibility and Integrity
Throughout my career, my work has been marked by credibility and integrity. I don't sell something I can't provide, or purport to have knowledge that I don't have. Rather, I seek out those with the appropriate skills in my teams, ask questions, and win customer and staff trust because of my honesty. I have respect and even awards for my strong sense of ethics and ethical leadership.
One of my favorite aspects of my roles has been the opportunity to work with others. I enjoy the ability to mentor, lead, build cross-functional teams, promote enthusiasm, and improve my organization through positive project management.
At the end of the day, I excel at getting a job done. I am an exceptional listener and I focus on fulfilling customer requirements within the allotted time and budget. To accomplish this, I build cross-functional teams, communicate with people across multiple organizations, and act as an energetic leader to push projects to completion.
While with Ernst and Young, I managed a project for a warehouse logistics organization and identified benefits of $140M+ with 4 year ROI of 7.5 across numerous functional areas. I directed and managed a comprehensive review identifying and defining sources of value across broad set of client supply chain capabilities focused on strategy, governance and organization, category management and strategic sourcing, procure to pay technology, diverse supplier management, logistics, warehouse management, and sustainability. I worked through all levels of the organization to make these improvements on time and within budget.
At Ernst and Young, I was awarded the Culture Coin for demonstrating integrity, respect, energy, enthusiasm, and courage to lead. I built relationships based on ethical decisions so that I could manage my team well.
I created a 5 year plan to contribute to companywide internal revenue goals by 2020. I planned, recruited and identified construction companies to distribute utilities and achieve the strategy I had set forth.
